29-Day Giving Challenge

Today is my first day to join and become a member of this giving group. I have already smiled at two non-smiley faces and received smiles in return. I visited with a friend I haven't seen for years for a bit. My son couldn't come home this weekend to pick up some tamales he ordered, so I picked them up and took them to my daughter who will take them to him in Arkansas when they go for Thanksgiving. I called a couple who are close friends, but who aren't retired and it is hard to get together with them. Made a date to meet them in town for supper and a nice long visit. I stopped and got my husband a hamburger so he didn't have to stop what he was doing to make himself something to eat. I feel good and they day still has a lot of time to go. I am going to try and include an image of my grandson and his baby daughter that is too cute. He is smitten. Someone will smile when they see how little it takes to make them happy.

I call them the Tupperware heads. :-)

Have a happy day and spread some sunshine around to those who need a brightness in their day.

Yesterday I offered 25 $ for a cancer collect initiated by my co-worker - Had not been the 29-gift challenge, I would have given less, because of my donation to Haiti - But since my company doubles the donation if it's a minimum of 25$, I did the ef…
