Day 1

So I joined four days ago and yet, today is day one. This brought me to an Interesting observation......it turns out that I am actually quite the "Giver," and this 29-Day Challenge is teaching me to bring awareness to all the giving I actually do. I'm just not used to acknowledging it. So, day one could have just as easily been 4 days ago after all. But now...it's official.

I was so appreciative of the Verizon guy who came to hook up my DSL at the office, (which was supposed to be 'plug and play,' but with computers, it's never really 'plug and play,' is it?) that after observing what treacherous postures he has to endure in the course of his job, I gave him a jar of Sombra Cream to soothe his aching muscles. (Did I mention I'm a Chiropractor??)
