Thanks to Kim B for the suggestion about processcoaching.com - the self coaching articles are very helpful and I actually ordered some CDs! Just time to remake the situation. Made sure to pay my pony board bill ahead. Oh... and this is one for me - for working with the "Four Day Win" book, my gift to me was those CDs - win win win (win) you might say. Kind exchanges with the ex and serious effort to disentangle mentally from him... clearly I think and write about him a lot and what's true is the best thing I can do is to stop "wanting" things of him... getting there but the kindness to him and to me is key. Walked 4 miles for cancer charity last night, three miles today so far, plus the "click to feed critters/fund mammograms" etc. Know it's only a few cents over time, but it's a few cents over time.
