Second time around Day's 3.4.5,6

Sunday I paid for a yoga class that I normally get to take for free since my best friend is the teacher, I also gave myself a gift, I bought a beautiful yoga top that was on sale. Monday I gave three of my friends haloween cauldrons with halloween candy and other little treats. they really enjoyed them, I also gave my frien a card for a free massage for her husbands birthday.

Today I tipped at the restaurant I had lunch at. I'm finding this time around is a little harder. there is so much bad news about the economy, there are fires here in California. I find though it is intenally I'm having problems. It is so easy to turn away from the truth of my personal power and turn to helplessness. There is a whole script to that process from what I eat to the people I talk too and How I talk. Even turning away from this site. I am grateful for this knowledge because I realise I have choices, and I am once again grateful to this forum and the opportunities it gives me to change and grow.
