Couldn't think of a gift for tomorrow then it came to me. I am making Russian tea (The powdered kind) putting it in jars with cute ribbons and passing them to my neighbors...

The tea is great when you have a winter cold takes the bite out of a sore throat...
Perfect for fall.
Mom's cure all tea
Ingredients:
* 1 cup instant tea powder
* 1 cup Tang
* 1 cup lemonade powder
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine instant tea powder, orange drink mix, lemonade powder, sugar, cinnamon and cloves and mix thoroughly with a wire whisk. Store in a sealed jar in a cool place. 2 To use, combine 3 to 4 tablespoons of the mix with 1 cup boiling or cold water. Adjust amount used to taste.

THis is fun! I am doing something similar, only with some other things...all the dry ingredients for a chicken soup, dry ingredients for cookies and maybe some drinks. I found a great website that has free recipes for things in a jar!
