29-Day Giving Challenge

Things have been a bit stressful for me for the past week but I'm back. Day 21 my Dad drove out for my son's basketball game so I took us out to lunch. Day 22 lot's more snow. My 21 year old son is supposed to take care of the snow and lawn but he has been so busy with lab's and school work that I paid a neighbor kid to take care of the massive snow. Day 23 I let a lady in front of me at the grocery store line. I don't mind waiting - as long as it isn't 10 minutes- because I can read all the magazines I do not want to buy. Day 24- went looking for a place for my brother to rent because he is losing his condo and he has 4 kids and a dog. Not many people want to live in a mobile home park but they can be affordable and there are a lot of kids who go to the same school as his kids. He was against it at first but this park isn't bad and it has a playground and community center. So after looking at many homes out of his price range or just to small he got a call yesterday that a 5 bedroom mobile home opened up and it is in his price range. He found out a man he works with lives right across the street. I didn't think they had 5 bedroom mobile homes. Thank God for that because the kids can stay in their same schools. And finally day 25- today I am sending a friend a cookbook that I know she wanted and will use. Little gifts for no reason to friends are fun to give and recieve.

You are a whirlwind of giving Angie! I am so happy it worked out for your brother and his kids~ It won't be so bad if they can stay in the same school! Bless you for your gifts... Take care and get a bit of rest! :o)
