28. Special Dinner Order #2
Today, my gift was making a special order dinner for my eldest son. His order was coconut shrimp, pina colada dipping sauce, brown rice and pineapple (I made some green veggies too -- add some vitamins and color you know). It was a lovely dinner choice, he's acquiring great taste. Here's to you little man!!

Awwhh shucks, I just used a cooking light magazine recipe...pretty easy, like cooking chicken but faster!! Oh and the pina colada sauce is a take off of Red Lobster's...found it online. ****I could use a Root Beer Float now! Love hearing from you guys, Thanks!!
