Beginning tomorrow, there will be a "Winter Feast for the Soul" taking place. To take part in it, all you do is commit 40 minutes of spiritual practice for 40 days (January 15 - February 23). I thought it was a wonderful way to reinforce my commitment to daily spiritual practice and spread peaceful energy through this world.

How wonderful! I'm an avid reader and last year I decided my main focus for the year would be spirituality. I only read books that fell into that topic. I read about Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, etc. It was a very educational experience and very healing in many ways. This post of yours is a nice way to have closure to that year of spirituality focus, and a reminder of how important it is to me to keep my own spiritual practice front and center.
