This is absolutely true. I wrote a response to someone's blog not too long ago regarding this very concept. Scientifically, if 1% of the world's population emitted the effect you speak of, this world would transform immediately to the world we so desperately want to see. That's exactly why Mahtmas Ghandi said, "Be the change you want to see in the world." We each have the power to change it.
Thanks for taking it a step further and giving us the mental pictures of exactly how we can go about doing this beginning with something as simple as changing your posture or breath.
