Back on track
I have been a little absent the past few days...but I am back! This past weekend I was slammed with a head cold that forced me into bed for a couple days, but am feeling much better now. It did put a bit of a hamper on my giving - although I did get to spend some quality time on the phone with two of my best friends, was a recipient of a Feldenkrais lesson for a practitioner in training, and sent a friend off to LA in style last night. PHEW! Did I mention, it's been a little hectic, too?
Although my time has been spread a little thin, I still have been consciously aware each day of trying my best to give what I can. Even if this means not getting angry at a driver for being a total jerk or saying hello to people on the street. I like that this challenge has made me more aware of my own behavior and has allowed me to give in ways that I just never thought of before.

You were able to give quite a bit while you were under the weather. I love the way this challenge makes us look at ourselves. It really does stretch us.

the non-material gives, like saying hello to strangers or making the effort not to flip off a jerky driver, are usually the ones that i learn the most from. hope your cold gets better soon. Hugs, Dawn
