Back to Square One
I am back to giving/gifting what I can. Will start tomorrow with a concerted effort to be mindful of the gift and the thought behind it. I have to concentrate on other so I don't center my days on the pain, the immobility or the complete turn around my life has taken.

Iif you think of "giving" as another prescription necessary for your health and well-being, you might find the results are rather wonderful. I truly understand the drain that constant pain and frustration makes on your energy. The need to focus on something other than the limitations is the most important of all. You alone were entrusted by the creator with special gifts that only can give to this world and those who share your path. The gifts of your heart, soul and spirit are unique and there is always a way to share them with others. Do not let pain define you. Refuse to surrender to what has limited your life by defying those limitations! When life deals you bad cards, don't give up on winning. Bitch, moan, cry... and then do what makes you happy, however slow the pace may be.Give yourself the gift of patience and determination! You're worth it!
