29-Day Giving Challenge

Bringing smiles to hungry students!

I was working hard on my essay at 10.50pm at night when I hear a knock on my door. I expect to find another student come in to ask for some help from me for one of their papers...but I go to find another girl in the block knocking on my door to see if I had any food. The girls were really hungry and needed some food in their stomachs.

Of course I have food for you I said! I gave them packets of noodles and filled them up with chocolate too :)

It's funny how when students are in desperate need of some food or are just hungry...they always know that I will have food to share with them :) I always try and keep my shelves especially stocked up with food for any needy person..who finds their way to my room and feels like something nice to eat.

Although we get fed morning, noon and night in the Uni halls of residence I always try and keep my shelves in my room at Uni filled with food..including that of noodles, chocolate, popcorn, crackers, biscuits, fruit, pumpkin soup, tomato soup, chicken curry soup, muesli bars etc..and any little treats I feel like giving away each day to bring a smile to someones face because of their no longer hungry belly. But hey I'm no way any rich student by any means..I'm actually quite a poor uni student but am trying my best to fit into my budget some extra food costs for giving away to other students and people who need that help. I manage to get through each and everyday..helping others when I can..and that is what I live on. Living on the smiles of others happy faces and lending that hand where need be.

Wishing you all a wonderful day!
