Can you fall off the wagon from giving?
I didn't have a very good Nov and Dec and found it very difficult to look outside of myself. I'm afraid my giving was one of the things I let go off to keep going. I am still struggling but am determined to start again. I am unhappy with my life as it is and I have been wallowing and feeling there is nothing I can do. I have gradually realised life is too short and I have to make the most of the life I have whilst doing what I can to change it into the life that I want. There are lots of big steps I want to take but I think giving is a little step I can take to get me to the life I want. I'm so glad to be back. Day One starts tomorrow......

Ruth is right, give yourself a break. I am glad you are back. Hopefully you will find your joy as you step outside yourself to give, Little steps lead to amazing places.

Oh Alison, I'm feeling that too although I know each day is full of small gives when I look back. I think it's that I'm incapable of planning at the moment. You did loads when you were on before so first give is not to beat yourself up.
