Compliments
Yeasterday I received a gift for the first time. A man said, " Good morning beautiful." Normally I would run and hide or look down ,or think to myself-men are so full of crap ,but instead I said, "Thank-you." I felt sort of sunny after that,
like I opened up a little and accepted my beauty. I don't mean this in a vain way. I just try really hard to be invisible for some reason. Which kind of led me to start thinking that I try really hard not to like myself either. I feel like I released a little bit of negativity inside me and maybe I opened myself up to receiving. I'm already a giver I never realized that either. I guess this challenge is teaching me alot about myself too~TTFN ;D

That is so great! It's so easy to get lost in an "I'm not worth it" mentality but the truth is you are a STAR shining to everyone you come into contact with! And WHO on this planet doesn't love stars!? Say YES to yourself! ALLOW yourself to receive! YOU ARE WORTH IT!! and YES, you are BEAUTIFUL! How could you not be?

We do learn so much on this path .... try to remember two things: every giver needs a receiver, and most importantly, liking yourself is a really, really good thing to do! enjoy releasing that negativity and receiving fun and beautiful things to put in its place :-)
