Cycle of Life...
The cycle of life has been uppermost on my mind this week. As I was starting to write this blog I got a phone call from my Aunt Joyce. My dear Uncle Jimmie aged 84 just passed away, this evening at about 630. He had been in hospice for a few days, after taking ill about a week ago now. He was such a sweet man & I will miss him dearly. When my Dad passed away 11 years ago (my mom had already died in 1989) Uncle Jimmie told me he & my aunt would be a substitute mom & dad. Wasn't that sweet?
Yesterday, one of the women in my office became a first time grand mom. Today she brought in pictures of her little grandson, Julian. He was born yesterday, & thank God everyone is healthy. Seeing pictures of him reminded me of how we all start out, so dependent on one another for life.
Life is a precious gift. We only have moments to live, one moment at a time, for a lifetime. I wish each of you a lifetime of: Blessings, health, happiness & the gift of love. I cherish each & every one of you & thanks for being a part of this wonderful community. YOU ARE A GIFT & I depend on you for love & support. Know that U R always in my thoughts & prayers, even if I'm not such a frequent visitor here as in the past. Thank U so much for giving all that you have given to me, to each other & to your own families & friends. When you're feeling down, just remember how important you are to those who love you ~ & count me among those who do... God Bless You!!
