Day 10 – 15 ~ giving receiving in harmony with it all

I have gone through a period of madness at work I finished last Friday for the Christmas holidays and it feels good to slow down. My concentration has been around giving but not connected with money or material things.
I spent more time acknowledging people I didn’t know by saying hello and being genuine with my questions.
I helped colleagues at work by taking more photographs and editing them for media release.
I wrote Christmas cards to all of my volunteers to thank them for all of the contributions. I finalised the newsletter for the year.
I received help from unexpected sources. I spent time writing my journal and making new discoveries. I am giving back to my home by doing spring cleaning and paying attention to details.
What I found in the last week that not only there seems to be a shift within myself but also in my own environment. I am connecting more with my spiritual side of my life which I feel I have neglected for a while because of my busy life style.
The weather has been kind to us and it’s not too hot in Adelaide this year.
