29-Day Giving Challenge

So yesterday I helped others by providing necessary coverage at work, and also setting limits for myself so that I can give work my best effort. This morning I gave myself a wonderful gift. I slept in a little bit then went for my run first thing, showered, got some nice oatmeal and coffee bfast (great recovery foods apparently) at Starbucks on my way to work! I felt refreshed, energized, and calm throughout the work day.

What a great way to start the day. It's ironic but I think making sure we are on the right path (by setting boudaries) is the best way to "show up" for other people in our lives.
