Day 11 & Day 12

Yesterday was day 11 ... my brother's fiance's sister contacted me on facebook for help. She wanted to know about yoga, meditation etc .... she needed my guidance in where to start. I could have sent her on a really complicated path but instead I gave her 2 books to start with, that's right you guessed it. 29 Gifts and the other book was You Can Heal Your Life. She was so grateful. I told her if you are looking for the path you are on it! I love helping start on their journey to peace and good health. I also gave another friend the book.

Today we woke up and jimmy was complaining about his back hurting. Usually how this would go is I would tell him to come to my shop (I am a massage therapist) he says, no. I get frustrated. This morning I loved on him right there in bed. I got out some oil and massaged his back then got out the heating bad and massaged his scalp while he had the heat on. xoxoxoxoxo The day is still young too. We'll see what other opportunities I will have to give.
