Day 11 and 12 (or 13?)

First of all, thanks all of you for your responses! It's funny, but I kind of am less intense about working out because I am just happy to be where I am and be free of pain after wearing a boot or an air cast. I'm feeling less pain about where I am versus where I used to be. I know eventually I'll get back into it.
Yesterday I ordered some snacks for a friend of my brother's for a Christmas surprise. I thought it would make him happy. Also, the other day I wrote a note to my friend of many years. Thank goodness for the internet, because I haven't seen her since 2002. Turns out it was just what she needed. So I had less reason to be unsure.
Today my Grandma, brother and I went to Olive Garden, and my brother and I treated her for lunch. She has been giving our whole life, and it's nice to be able to give back, and nice to spend time with her, because I always want to, but without driving it;'s hard to get over there.
