Day 13 of gift giving .... sending healing love.

Today in yoga I set my intention for my class to send healing love to all those in pain (physical, emotional, mental) and I knew my friend Leah was coming to class. It would be her first class since October. Leah has stage 4 breast cancer and has been surviving for 10 years but back in october she was diagnosed with tumors in her lungs, liver and lymph nodes in lungs. She has been in Boston doing chemo and healing. Today she was in class. She is still doing chemo but she was there. I was next to her in class and all the healing light I could muster up went from me right into her!!!! I am humbled by her strength. She is always positive and a gift to all who meet her. I also have the pleasure of being her massage therapist and once a week I give her healing touch! I love Leah and maybe whoever reads this will say a little prayer for her to be out of pain.
