Its been a while since I've blogged. I spent the past few weeks packing and cleaning and literally broke every nail that I have during this move! I'm exhausted, but am thankful that its all over with now. It feels good to be back online and writing again. So, I have 10 days of giving to update you on....
On Day 19, I was in a leadership training class. One of our guest speakers was a seasoned Regional Manager that had been with the company for about 12 years now. She kept my attention the whole time, and I was really motivated by her. When the class was almost over, she told us that she hoped she did a good job and how much she enjoyed mentoring and coaching us. I spoke up and said out loud in front of the class, "You are good at it!" I know public speaking can be nerve racking, and sometimes you just need someone to say that you did a good job. I hope my support and affirmation gave her a little boost for the day.
