Day 2. Giving to my hubby.

Reading through some of the blogs here yesterday got me thinking about how easy it is to get too busy to give to the very people I love the most.Sometimes it's easy to give to 'needy' people but I also need to remember my family as well. I'm often late home from work, taking calls on my days off and sometimes clients crisis' can interfere with family life.My husband never complains, he accepts that it come with the job I do, He has supported me always to follow my dreams and work in the field that I just love.

Sometimes I forget that not all partners are like this and I can take him for granted. I decided today to take him out for lunch and just enjoy some time together NOT talking about work. We had a great time and actually ended up deciding that we will take a holiday next year to Darwin and had a great time planning it over dinner. so even though I planned it as a gift to him, it ended up being a gift to me as well!
