This morning, I sent an email to one of my facebook friends...her name is Marley and she has this awesome page on FB, Fat Girl Rehab...its more of a support system for us ladies who want to be healthy, exercise & grow emotionally & spiritually...I haven't been too active on the page itself, yet follow many of the posts that Marley offers on a daily basis...

this morning, I sent Marley an email, thanking her for all the work she does for us on Facebook...also expressed much gratitude for some wonderful suggestion she gave me personally regarding vitamins & vegan recipes...she replied a ew minutes ago, telling me how happy she as after reading my email..it gave her an added pep in her step...

....the day is young...hopefully will add to today's blog post!!!

....shared some turkey bacon with my daughter...its one of our favorite breakfast items, yet haven't made it in quite some time!!!

...my daughter & I went to the salon this afternoon for an eyebrow threading....I was entitled to a free threading...so I gave the stylist and extra few $$ in her tip...
