Well today is a big giving day for me. It's the first day of a fitness support group that I am starting. Wouldn't it be fantastic if the people involved could more easily move towards greater fitness and health but if they could also inspire others to do the same. We'll set up fitness partners for those who want one. We'll brainstorm discussion topics for future sessions. We'll do some group activity planning. We'll have a "take home" yoga demo. We'll do a guided visualization to help everyone get in touch with their inner athlete! I hope it goes well!
