Day 24

I've committed to doing a 30 day workout bootcamp with my son at 630 every morning for an hour. He's in 2nd grade and he wants to be stonger and more flexible than he is. I'd like to think this is a gift for him-- as his role model I can show him how hard work, dedication and challenging ones self leads to worthwhile results, but it is really a gift for me. I love seeing his face all focused and determined. I also love his energy and willingness to push himself and grow. I know this is going to create a quite a memory for the two of us. He is so wonderful.
