Day 24- Being a cool boss...
Today, the day before Thanksgiving, who really wants to work?? Our CEO is on medical leave, so today I am in charge of the staff. We had our last in the series of workplace yoga sessions that I sponsored for the group (a gift from earlier in the month) and then after sharing a communal lunch I let everyone go early. It felt good to be able to give them the gift of time and a free afternoon.
