Day 24 round 2 The challenge and Commitment of Everyday Giving

This round of giving is passing quickliy and I am contemplating what it has taught me so far. I think round one was easier to complete. It was fun to be doing something new, something different. It was not diffucult in light of the ever present giving opportunities that present themselves around the holidays. Round 2 has been more of a challenge . It has taken a bit more committment , a bit more thought and ongoing practise. However ... that is the beauty of giving everyday. Sometime it isnt so easy. It takes time . It takes thought. This makes our efforts more valuable for those around us....
My gives today : I mailed a bday card for a friend whose b day is next week and bought a small b day gift for another friend. I engaged in some great conversations with some random people throughout the day and spent some quality time with my hubby..... not bad considering:)
