day 26- surprise sushi

My gift for today was sushi lunch for foo. she loveloveloves sushi, and i really don't like it, and since we started traveling we almost always eat together, and so we never eat sushi. so last weekend i secretly bought a groupon (i love groupons!) for a local sushi place that's supposed to be pretty good. and today i brought foo to lunch but didn't tell her where we were going. and she got to eat sushi! it was a little funny and awkward that i mostly just sat there while she had three rolls in front of her, but she got to eat sushi, and that was the goal. a pretty successful give, i think!
