Day 29!
Today is the last day of my Giving Challenge. While I don't think I'll start up another "official" round right away, I will definitely incorporate giving into my regular, daily life. Helping others feels good, plus when you open your mind to thoughtful ways to give, you're forced to think outside of yourself. Only good things can come from that. It also helps you to accept the gifts the world presents to you every day.
Today was a gift to myself. Two years of marriage have been wonderful, but a little fattening :-)
I joined Weight Watchers online and will work on exercising more and eating less (while still enjoying life!).
