DAY 29 OF 29

On the last day of the 29 days of giving I brought non-perishable food to my gym that was collecting food and at the end of the 29 days it felt as if this was not such a hard task to do, even though others might assume so....

I learned that really in small ways you can make a difference and be giving and people will appreciate it ( not all but most ) ....by doing this you also see some incredible selfishness in others that you may have just taken for granted as "normal" before , but now look at it with fresh eyes that say , "that is not okay, you should be more giving."

This was a good experience and one I will try to live each day now in 2010 but probably make a special point of writing down at one point and monitoring once a year ....
