Day 29: Time and Attention
Well, today is my last day of this first cycle. I'm also on day 11 of my purification diet / body cleanse. I have 10 more to go, and I have not cheated once. Yeah!
Today, I give everything time and attention. I give myself some since I haven't really slowed down in the last three weeks. I also give my food time and attention, my kitchen, and I install a brand new Nikken water purification system. I am so excited!
I also give time and attention to my daughter. We play dominos again, which we both love. We read books. We eat a wonderful little dinner together (all clean food and she loves it!).
Today I give everything I do time and attention, and I have a greater sense of just being as I go about the day.

Kudos on continuing to be true to your cleanse! Your daughter is lucky to have a mom who takes time with her and is looking out for both your health and well-being.
