Day 3
It was the first birthday of the son of one of my very close friends today so I visited him and his family today. He really is a blessing in my life. I do not have children of my own. But it is amazing how much I love him even though he is not related to me. I guess I love him so much because I love his mother so much. So of course I gave him presents but I also remembered his parents and took flowers and cookies for them. The last one was also a gift for me because I had taken 3 and we enjoyed them with our coffees. A lovely day today.
