Day 3, Waived an account fee for a worried mum.

Yesterday I waived a $480 account fee for a client. She has really had a tough time over the last few months and a couple of weeks ago her son tried to seriously harm himself so she has not been able to work and as a result has lost her income. Her employers are pushing her to return to work or lose her job but she has to be with her son at the minute. She didn't ask, she was arranging some payment terms and I told her I would wipe the charge completely. I was in a position to do it, having had another very good month in my business so it was lovely to be able to relieve some of her stress.
