Day 3- Yummy in my tummy! (And my son learns to walk).

Today I decided to invite my friend G and her daughter to dinner at my house. I am not much of a cook, but now that my son is eating what I eat I have decided that I'd better make more of an effort in the kitchen. Take out will not longer do. I had stumbled upon a recipe for butternut squash casserole and I decided to try it out on my friends. Well, my gift of dinner was a great success! The casserole was yummy, the company was better and the icing on the cake was that my son decided that he wanted to start really walking tonight! What a great gift to me. :)
