Day 4
Today was a work day. I came home and put my issues aside. My gift today was an ear given in gratitude as I listened to a friend as she spoke of her pain from unexpectedly loosing her young daughter. I can not begin to imagine that pain, I have no children. I can't imagine my pain if Barney, my beloved bird were to pass, as we all must. All I could do was be a witness for my friend, to listen with compassion. That was my gift for the last couple of hours. My blessings to you my friend Pam. I am here whenever you need me.
