Day 4: The Power of Believing in your True Love

Today I send Hilton my first text since mid December. I really miss him and just say so, and acknowledge that he is in my thoughts and my heart, and that I respect if he needs more space. He texts back and we talk for 1 1/2 hours! It's so beautiful. We express the same feelings. I don't hold back - I tell him that I want to create a future together. We have the best conversation and we don't want to get off the phone. We both acknowledge that we still each have work to do, and I tell him that everything I've ever experienced with him is a gift, even the heartbreak. It is a gift because through that journey, I experience myself, find my own strength and power and gain a wisdom that is not accessible in any other way. Now, if we are to be together again, we come from a deeper foundation, and that is something neither one of us will ever regret.
