Day 48 - February 17th - A Day of Rest (R2 D18)
My six-year-old, Jack, is always saying that he just wants to stay home on the weekend. I can understand, as we are usually running errands all weekend. Today it was 37 in the morning. That is COLD for us Florida folks. We bundled up and stayed in despite an invitation to go visit my sister-in-law an hour away. It has been nice to relax and get the house tidied up, which it badly needed. I even made some banana bread which Jack liked so much he asked for another piece. I have chili in the crockpot to keep us toasty all evening, too.
