Day 5
I bought this cute book of post-it notes that have silly comments on them like "you're a superstar" or "here is your gold star". I randomly placed those on the staff meeting agendas today. This broke the ice before we got down to business!
Tonight I helped my nephew put together his resume and apply for a job. Wish him luck!

These were great gifts! I have found in my life that simple gestures that say "I am thinking of you", and "I care about you" can mean a great deal to the both the giver and the receiver. your nephew and co-workers are lucky to have you on their team!
