Day 6

I reconnected recently with a friend of mine I haven't heard from in several years. We've been emailing back and forth and tracking each other on Face Book trying to find out about our 13 lost years!!. On Day 4 when I let my friends on FB know about the 29 Day Giving Challenge, MOF wrote to me and said this might be just what she needed. She had been feeling kind of down and lost lately. We finally connected by phone on Day 6 and had quite the catchup, what's new, omg the kids are how old??? ... kind of conversation. We both felt really good after the call. Cami's books I had ordered (3 of them) weren't supposed to be here for a few days yet .... but right after I hung up the phone ... they arrived on my doorstep!! That was a sure sign I was to give one of my books to Mary. So I did!! My message to her was she was my Day 6 recipient ... and to watch her mailbox. She knows something is coming ... but not what!! That's even more fun! She is excited and "plans to pay it forward" (whatever it is!) Another recruit!! Yipppeeee! You rock girl!
