Day 8 (fruity treat)

As i was thinking of what to give on day 8, i thought of my colleague who keeps fast on thursdays .So i decided to take some fruits for her as she can't eat anything else during her fast. She was surprised and happy when i handed her the fruits.

Another opportunity of giving came when i received a message from an ex-student of mine seeking help for summer internship.So i talked to my HR Manager and made sure she would get internship in my company.I also talked to another friend of mine who works for a five star hotel chain and secured an internship there as well.So now my student has the choice of two internships with reputed companies.

The surprise of the day was an unexpected message from Virat,a young dynamic corporate trainer and Art of Living teacher from Mumbai.He is coming to the city in last week of Feb to take a course.He asked me if i could organise some sessions in schools during his stay here which of course,i would be more than happy to organise.Also i have promised him to ensure media coverage.And of course, i would be attending the course and do my bit to get some participants for the course.An unexpected opportunity to do 'sewa(service)' for spreading the light of knowledge and spirituality amongst youth!
