So easy to give yesterday. Heck, it was right in the name of the day ThanksGIV(E)ing!
Of course I gave thanks. For my family, friends, health, and the fact that we can afford to put food on our table. I gave thanks for the land and the trees and the sun and the sky and the moon and the stars, and probably a few things I'm forgetting about this morning. Here's a
link to a little pictorial version of my thanks. Or copy and paste the following URL:

I also gave by happily going along with having Thanksgiving Dinner at my in-laws. I gave ham, and cranberry sauce (from ingredients, no can), and pecan pies.
Gave my mother-in-law help after the evening meal.
Tried to give my kids memories and traditions from my childhood by watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade with them, we'll have to wait to see how well that takes.
Hope this day finds everyone waking happy, healthy, and surrounded by love.
Ack! Almost forgot one: Gave my kids a chance to help cook, they aided in the preperation of our pecan pies.
