day one of the challenge
Hello :)
Well, i woke up this morning and was really excited at the prospect of starting the challenge.
I had to go to the dentist in the morning, and noted how miserable everyone looked due to the rain, so i started to smile at everyone i saw. When i bought items from shops, i always wished the cashier a lovely day, and the smile that this created on their face made my day even lovelier :)
I have decided that over this 29 day period i am going to write 29 letters. Some will go to close family and friends, others to neighbours. I just want everyone to know how valued and appreciated they are.
I'm looking forward to the next 28 days.

I love your idea of letters everyday. It is a great way to go through this Challenge. Smiles are the best and they can change moods faster than anything.
