Day One- What a great feeling
I had such an upbeat and great feeling all day. I have had such feelings of depression latley, and am easily overwhelmed. Concerns about meeting others expectations, and holding onto my job. Today that was all secondary, the focus was on other peoples happiness. I am so Thankful for all life has given to me, and today was a suttle reminder to me of how great life is. I am already thinking about tomorrow. Thank You so much to Cami for sharing this wonderful book with the world.

I just started my giving yesterday! I know how hard it is to feel depressed and then turn that around to others, but I'm hoping it will work some blessings in our lives. Good luck with giving. =)
