Yesterday, February 25th:
As I drove off to do errands yesterday, I noticed two gentlemen cleaning up my neighbors yard and the end of our cul-de sac. I stopped to pick up my mail and was OVERJOYED to receive 3 unemployment checks that were stuck in the "system". How timely? As I turned around to drive off, I noticed how overgrown our yard looked compared to my neighbors. With the non stop rain and storm, it was difficult for my hubby to get out there and mow the lawn. He also gets homes at 11am from work and sleeps until 3pm so his rest is priority. At any rate, I decided I would gift him the lawn care service so he doesn't have to worry about it for now. I asked the gardener how much for a one time clean up and asked him to return later yesterday (so all the noise didn't wake my hubby). He returned later, mowed the lawn, took care of all the weeds and trimming. My husband was so happy and now we can spend more time together this weekend. The gardner did such a good job, I gifted him extra $$$
At the end of the day, the GRASS was greener (and manicured) and so was his wallet!!!!!!
Gifts - gardening for my hubby and extra tip for the gardner
Receives - my checks
Huge Blessings everyone!!!!
