Days 1-4,starting giving !
I am on the 4 th day of the challenge and love it !
During these days, i gave :
- forgivness to myself of feeling sad, angry and frustrated so i was able to welcome my husband with a smile instead of complaigning
- money to a cause i cherrish
- true empathic listening to 2 friends
- time to myself to meditate and sent love to all the people i knwo
- his first blu-ray DVD to my husband ( was X MEN, a guy movie !! )
- send a letter to Laura an a Christmas card to Noah ( was very emotionnal to do this)
- true smiles to people in th street
I received :
- sincere thanks
- smiles
- clothes
- attention
- friendship

I am also glad to see you gave forgiveness to yourself. That is one of my hardest gives, self-forgiveness.
