Days 25 thru 29
I feel like this was a chapter of my life that had be written, like the 29 day challege was right here waiting on me. I don't care if this sounds crazy but for those of you who grew through the challlenge, you understand what I mean. The names, faces and stories helped me release something inside of me. I can't explain it but I feel like I have made a big step forward or found the missing puzzle piece. Has anyone done this challenge more than once?

Firstly, congratulations on getting to this point. While, this is still my first round, I lost track of doing this conciously so I will take the advice MBali and start all over again. So Day One - Here I come..

there are a lot of us who have been here awhile. i started last February and i did several rounds consecutively. the last few months i've been a little lazy and i can tell the difference in my mindset. i'll probably start another round of more mindful giving soon. i am so glad you got so much out of it! we'd love to have you stay on for another round ( or two, or four, or...).
