Days 28 & 29 ~ Round 3
This is a special time of year as the month of February comes to a close and March, marches in on us. Where is the time going, I ask? These two days (today and tomorrow) will be spent celebrating my marriage of 17 years which is a miracle gift from God. We were married on February 29th and last year we had a leap year but that was when I was living alone while my husband was on a solo mission trying to find himself. Since he has been back it has been a very trying time for each of us financially, emotionally and mentally but we have a deep faith in God that this marriage will last and we will both be better for having gone through this escapade. My gives for both days will be from the kitchen; dinners and desserts with warm understanding as my husband just started a new job that has him working three 12 hour days throughout the midnight hour and one 10 hour day morning shift preceding them. He will have 3 days off but will probably play catch-up on his sleep then. I am praying he can do this as he is an "early to bed early to rise (makes a man healthy wealthy and wise") person. This will be a new adventure as we close one door and begin to go through another one. Prayers would be appreciated..........thank you so much! Blessings, Effie
