Days 4, 5, 6, & 7 :|
So, I feel bad that I haven't been recording my challenge here, but I figure - better late and consolidated than never. I have been sticking to my giving challenge - giving things as varied as a silly gift to a friend, the gift of spending time with another friend, and so on. I have also noticed something in the world, maybe a softening somehow? What I'm trying to express is kind of a "niceness" that I sense, a generosity that either wasn't around before (unlikely) or I didn't notice/appreciate it before (much more likely). It's nice. :)
The weather here is pretty yucky, so I am going to call a friend who's been feeling down and either try to cheer her up, or let her vent and get it out - we'll see which way it goes as it happens. Hope everyone is well!

Your gifts have all been very special, and you are right there is a shift when we start to be mindful of our giving and then we notice when we receive, because they go hand in hand. I know you are making your friend feel better by being her shoulder. Take care, sending blessings to you..
