Days 5, 6 and 7
This first week has really made me look at myself, how I spend my time and money. I consider myself a productive person but sometimes I stay busy so I don't have to sit still. I noticed that I have slowed down to think about others and I am calmer when I do sit still. I took a friend to lunch and I have had more deliberate conversations.
