Days 8 & 9
Yesterday I visited my parents, helped my Dad with the weekend shopping, because he still has difficulties walking with his new hip joint (his surgery was in december).
I received money and supportive hugs.
Today was a day when I gave smiles and shared ideas, sent emails. I also gave myself time to relax, to rest and to read a new book, to enjoy a good meal ;-)
